What is the difference between Coordinators, Planners and Designers?

Coordinators

Coordinators organize final details and execute your planning in the smoothest way possible. They manage the event on the day itself and communicate final plans with the vendor team. Services usually begin 90-30 days before the event.

Planners

Planners attend vendor meetings, manage payments and reminders, and communicate with vendors on your behalf. Planners focus on your budget and vendor connections. A planner should be one of the first, if not the first, wedding professional you hire for your big day.

Designers

Designers concentrate on design elements and sourcing items to complete your design vision. Designers work and collaborate with Event Planners. They also assist in hiring and managing design focused vendors.
